SCHOOL ORDERS:
Post, fax or email a school order with a valid order number. An invoice will be sent with your goods. Payment terms: 30 days, payment by cheque or BACS (see Banking Details below). Please remember to add postage cost to your total (see Postage & Packing below, or our downloadable Order Form above for full details). You may find it useful to attach one of our completed Order Forms to your school order.

    Some schools may wish to enclose a cheque payable to Frantic Productions Ltd. Please note, we are unable to take debit or credit card payments.

    Please Note: Personal email, phone & fax orders must be followed by payment before goods are despatched. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer or internet bill payment into our account below. We are unable to take debit or credit card payments.

  • Please use the school name (or, in case of personal orders, your own name) stated on your order/order form as a reference.
  • Overseas schools/customers, please note: Overseas banking/account transfer charges must be borne by the customer.

    POSTAGE & PACKING:
    For UK orders, any single item £3.50 p&p, any multiple order (2 items+) £5.50 p&p, unless stated otherwise on our downloadable Order Form above or on the website.
    Please contact us directly re postage costs for overseas orders by email or by phone (or fax) on +44 (0) 14 25-614 665 (do not dial the '0'). Overseas orders will only be sent out once full payment for goods, inclucing agreed overseas p&p costs, have been received.

    DELIVERY: Despatch in the UK is usually within 3 working days of receiving a school order, or, for personal orders and overseas orders, within three working days of payment clearing. (UK parcels are sent out 1st class, overseas by airmail, unless alternative method requested.) Please contact us if your order is more urgent. We will try to help if we can.
