TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT TERMS: For official UK school orders, 30 days credit is allowed and goods are sent out on receipt of your school order. For personal orders and overseas orders, goods are despatched on clearance of payment (ie clearance of cheque or bank payment into our account). Please see How To Order page for further delivery and postage details. APPROVAL COPIES: We do not send out copies of our publications on approval. However, you can download mp3 clips of our songs and pdf sample pages from our website to help you with your decision making. We will be very happy to help you with your enquiries. RETURNS/REFUNDS: We will accept returns or refund payment for any reason within 14 days of a product being despatched. However, goods must be securely packaged and returned to us in perfect condition. Any goods returned to us after 14 days, or in poor condition, will remain due for payment or, in case of prior payment, will not be refunded. Please note, we do not provide return labels or pay return postage unless a product is damaged or faulty. We will replace any items which are damaged or faulty when you receive them. The damaged or faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days of despatch and we will then refund any postage cost due to you. Replacements will be sent out immediately. PERFORMANCE LICENCES: It is a legal requirement for any school or organisation (including nurseries, pre-schools and play groups) planning to put on a performance of a PUBLISHED MUSICAL SHOW to purchase a Grand Right Licence (performance licence) from that publisher. Further details and an application form for a licence are included inside every Frantic Productions musical Performance Pack. Frantic Grand Right Licences are currently priced at £15 for any number of planned performances in any one 'season' (eg. school term). Please see 'Home' page for details for any seasonal licence offers. PHOTOCOPYING OF FRANTIC BOOKS/COPYING OF CDs: Please see individual publications for full guidance on the photocopying/reproduction of printed material from Frantic Productions books, or contact us for details. SOME copying of certain materials (eg. song lyric sheets, scripts), for use within the purchasing organisation, is allowed. The copying or reproduction (in any form) of any Frantic Productions CD, for any purpose (even for use within the purchasing organisation) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Extra copies of all Frantic CDs are available to purchase separately for £8.50 (p&p £1.50 if purchased as sole item), and this price is further reduced if you order 2 or more copies.
